Your Scheduling Preferences: To help us expedite scheduling, please provide any specifics that can help us align your session time to your needs. We recognize schedules change, and our client center can always look for the next available window to fit your scheduling needs. Hourly clients are scheduled on a first come, first served basis; however, we make every effort to schedule your session at your preferred times when practical.
Confirmation Notice: All sessions are confirmed with a notice via Google Calendar. If you have not received a confirmation notice, please contact email@example.com or call 404-931-4012. You must receive a confirmation notice to ensure you have a confirmed session time.
Cancellation Policy: Sessions must be cancelled 48 hours in advance (by 5pm on Fridays for Monday sessions) or the full hourly payment charge will apply. Atlanta clients who are logistically unable to attend a scheduled in-person session can opt to convert to a telesession to use the scheduled time. Only the coach may waive any fees owed for non-cancellation due to extenuating circumstances.
I understand that appointments not cancelled within 48 hours as stated above will be charged in full to my credit card and that NO REFUNDS will be issued. Credit card disputes must be sent in writing (email) directly to the coach so a positive resolution can be mediated together with the client. All credit card chargebacks are subject to a nonrefundable fee of $50.00 per transaction.
